Our palatial grounds not only encompass six king-sized bedrooms, each with their own en suite bath, but winding tropical gardens, a crystalline pool and hot tub, a cinema-worthy media room with plush, motorized, reclining seats, and a private gym featuring top-of-the-line fitness technology.
About us:
Originally built in 2005 by cinema lovers who took inspiration from the 1955 movie-musical "Kismet" to create a Moroccan-influenced tropical refuge--Kismet became part of our family in 2020. After years of falling in love with St John on family vacations, we met for a fateful glass of champagne and a watercolor sunset in the Kismet tower and it instantly became clear--this was meant to be. Now it's our good fortune to be able to invite you to create your own memories here too.
Our home includes six king-sized bedrooms, each with their own en suite bath and unique views of our beautiful grounds and the islands beyond. The large central patio is a perfect place for lounging in our sun chairs or outdoor living areas as well as a full-sized outdoor dining table to enjoy meals al fresco alongside the pool and hot tub.
No matter your relaxation style, Kismet has plenty to offer. Grab some shade in the garden gazebo, overlooking our fruit trees, or head up to the sunset tower to raise a toast to the end of another perfect day. Movie buffs will love the stunning media room, complete with plush, motorized, reclining seats, and fitness devotees will never have to miss a workout thanks to our private gym featuring top-of-the-line fitness technology including the Lululemon Mirror system.
